Assistant Community Manager Assumes New Responsibilities

As many of you know, I requested and the BOD agreed to recruit a replacement for Judy Walters that also had the potential to grow into my job.  The idea was to have a capable replacement for Judy and succession planning for the community manager role. Stephanie was hired in June of 2014 to fill this role.  Over the past two plus years, Stephanie has done an excellent job of familiarizing herself with basic operations of a home owner associations in general and LHPOA in particular.  She is now ready to take on the challenge of managing a part of the operations.

Stephanie Ecker, our Assistant Community Manager

After discussing my plans with the BOD members directly involved with the change and with the affected mangers, Security and Pool operations will report to Stephanie effective October 3rd.
