The Nomination Process has come to a close in the Lake Heritage Board of Directors’ Election. Six members, Ashley Heintzelman, Biz Gorman Gomer, Ed Kushner, Justen Carr, Sue Heller, and Richard A Ginnever, have stepped forward and have offered to administer our home owners’ association for three years. The three candidates with the highest vote count on March 15, 2019 will assume their places on the board in April. Directors give much of themselves in time and effort. It is an unremunerated job so the reward is only in the form of personal satisfaction in a job well done.
Candidates from left to right are: Ashley Heintzelman, Biz Gorman Gomer, Ed Kushner, Justen Carr, Sue Heller, and Richard A Ginnever
The three candidates elected will face challenges as the affairs of the LHPOA are complicated. Resources both human and financial are not unlimited so their equitable and prudent distribution and use are of prime concern. It is incumbent upon the members to support the election process which is rather straightforward. We are indeed fortunate to have six members so giving and generous of their time to make Lake Heritage such a fine place in which to live.
