Board of Directors Nominating Process ended 12/14 at 5 p.m.

The Nominating Process ended on December 14, 2017 at 5 p.m. We have an outstanding slate of six candidates who have put themselves forward to serve as directors. The three candidates who receive the highest number of votes in our tally will take office as directors at our Re-organization meeting on or about Monday, April 2, 2018. The exact date has not yet been determined.

Here are the remaining critical dates in the 2018 Election.

  • Between Friday, January 26, 2018 and Friday, February 5, 2018 mail out the bio-sketches of all candidates and ballots.
  • Sunday February 11, 2018 (Sunday after Super bowl) Meet the Candidates Event.
    At this event, open to association members, you will have an opportunity to listen to each candidate speak about why they have decided to run for the board. There is also a time for association members to dialogue with one or more candidates on topics relevant to board service.
  • Thursday March 15, 2018 at 6 pm tally votes. This tally is carried out by the Nominating Committee and the assistant community manager, Stephanie Eckert. The Nominating Committee chair will notify candidates of the election results shortly after the tally.
