Although the Board of Directors (BOD) and office staff had many challenges meeting requirements of the red and yellow phases of the State’s COVID 19 guidelines, creative problem solving prevented our community’s quality of life from being affected.
Closed to members during red and yellow phases, the office has remained open with one staff person on-site while others worked from home as mandated by the State’s guidelines. The green phase now allows the office to reopen to members tomorrow, Monday, June 15, at 9 a.m. Please remember that masks and social distancing will still be required while visiting the office.
The Women’s Club meets for the first time in two months.
The pool has relaxed restrictions, allowing up to 100 people, and sign-ups are no longer required.
Instead of virtual meetings, the BOD and committees are beginning to meet at the Community Center again while still practicing social distancing and wearing masks.
It’s good to see life at Lake Heritage returning to its old routine a little more each day.
