The 2017 Lake Heritage Golf Tournament was held on August 9 at the Quail Valley Golf Club.  Even though we had only nine golfers, everyone enjoyed a beautiful sunny and pleasant day on the course.  I would like to thank the golfers who came out for a fun day.  The Lake Heritage Golf Champion for 2017 is Ed Wargo – who shot a gross score of 82.

Coming in second was Mike Hanson with an 83, and third went to Bob Kengla, also with an 83 (had to use a tie breaker for second and third place). In the Handicap class, Chris Grasmick came in first with a net score of 70, second went to Bill Hinkle with a 73, and third was Scotty Watt with a 74.  Winning the putting contest was Chris Grasmick, the longest putt went to Matt Verdirame and the closest-to-pin was won by Keith Majeczky.

If you like to play golf, please think about joining us next year.  You can invite your friends and family for a fun day outdoors.  Again, thanks to all who participated.
