Is your balance good? How is your upper body and core strength? Do you have good reaction time? How good is your hand/eye coordination? If you answered okay or not very good to any of the previous questions you need to consider joining the Lake Heritage FUNnFITNESS class on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 10 AM in the Community Center. We work on all of the above issues as well as stretching and breathing techniques. The goal is to give you a better quality of life as you add a few years on your body.
This program is run by your Lake Heritage Swim Club and is free for all We supply the equipment needed and will not ask you to o something you are not comfortable doing.. In fact any of our routines can be done while sitting in a chair.
